Botex products are produced
in Dalbeattie by E.F.M. Ltd (European Forest Machinery). E.F.M was formed
in Spring 2000
as a co-operation between Jas P Wilson
and their manufacturer, sub contractor T & M Machinery from Lockerbie.
E.F.M. have also recently purchased the rights to Grays farm equipment ( previously Grays of Fetterangus) which they also manufacture at Dalbeattie.
E.F.M.’s
extensive workshop and machine shop facilities allows sub contract
both heavy duty and intricate fabricational work to be carried
out. E.F.M also specialise in forestry protection kits for Valmet tractors, forestry modifications to forwarders, harvesters and excavators and the mounting of cranes to various chippers. |
