Junkkari HJ500  

Junkkari HJ 500 Contractor is a heavy-duty model, designed for arduous contractor applications. The feed orifice size is an impressive 45cm (17.7" x 16.5"). The feed channel is set at 45 degrees to the cutting disc.

Junkkari HJ500 is attached to the tractor hitch and is fed using a grapple loader. The chipper operation is controlled by a electro-hydraulic remote-control unit placed inside the tractor cab.

 
   
High Performance
The big mass of the cutting disc helps it to act as a fly-wheel. Sudden peak loads do not impair the machine's performance.

The cutting disc is equipped with two chipping blades and blower blades. Its high blower capacity and adequate loading height of the loader chute enables the output to be directed straight onto a lorry platform or into a trailer.
