Cut Splitters

Cutting, splitting and loading in one step. These are the strengths of the Spaltfix range3 by Posch. From the new Spaltfix 280 to the Spaltfix 500k - the cut-splitters from Posch stand for the highest performance in firewood preparation. Timber of diameters up to 50 cm and 100cm length (|Spaltfix 500 K) can be cut into 20 and 50 cm pieces. Feeding is done automatically by a hydraulic intake belt or advance system.

In addition, the Spaltfix 300 has a mechanic, adjustable stop. Their high quality saw blades and enormous splitting power thanks to "Autospeed" function maje Posch cut spliiters the fastest and most economical equipment on the market.

Spaltfix 280 - Cut Splitter

The brand new, semi automatic Spaltfix 280 firewood cut-splitter from Posch cuts and splits timber up to a diameter of 28cm into two, four or six parts. Because of its excellent price-performance ratio it is particularly interesting for foresters, farmers and semi-commercial users. The cutting length can be adjusted from 20 to 50cm, The lifting device lifts logs without any effort onto the support.

The hydraulic conveyor belt transports the timber to the 700mm saw blade. Thanks to the ergonomically shaped retainer and because of the manual advance, cutting is done swiftly and safely. With a splitting force of 10t and Autospeed function, the cut timber is pushed against the splitting knife. The finished billets are then transported to the loading point by the 4m long conveyor belt.

Spaltfix 300 - Compact Plus/Comfort - Cut Splitter

Rational preparation of firewood - that's the simple philosoophy behind the Spaltfix 300 Compact Plus/Comfort - the machine for semi-commercial users, foresters, farmers or communities. The result is worth seeing, as firewood preparation has never been easier!

With the Spaltfix 300, a semi-automatic cutting and splitting machine for timber up to diameters of 30 cm, long timber can be cut and split in one go. The 2m long, hydraulic timber advance belt moves the log to the 750mm saw blade.

The adjustable timber stop prevents the timber from getting clamped. The cutting length can be adjusted from 20 to 50cm. The Spaltfix 300 splits timber with a splitting force of approx. 12t into two, four, six or eight billets.

Spaltfix 301 - Cut Splitter

The Spaltfix 301 by Posch is the perfect solution for communities and firewood processors when it comes to meeting the highest demands of cutting and splitting in one go.

The semi-automatic cut splitter cuts and splits timber up to a diameter of 32cm. The cutting length can be adjusted from 20 to 50cm and with Autospeed you can choose between 2, 4, 6 and 8 billets.

design of the 4000 which is so impressive.It is primarily the technical features which provide enormous performance. Logs are fed into the large cutting and splitting area with all-purpose cross and roller conveyors. Using Autospeed for optimal use of the 12 and 15-way ring cutter, split wood up to 45cm in diameter with a cutting force of 22t. An automatic gripper, with wood diameter display, seizes the wood. A Harvester supercut system and chainsaw with 75 cm guide bar length and 22 kW drive is used for cutting, whereby a self-lifting wood stop with hydraulic rocker provides jam-free cutting operation and also feeds the wood into the splitting loader directly after cutting
