For decades the development of machines for rational, safe and convenient timber splitting that do not expose the body to excessive physical strain has been a core competennce of Posch.

The standard range of machines alone includes a vast selection of vertical and horizontal firewood splitters, such as the HydeoCombi or SplitMaster. These proven and tested systems have been developed further and reinforced for the Posch Spezial and industrial range. Machines of the Spezial and industrial ranhe are equipped with tractor or auromotive chassis, and include drive-independent petrol and diesel engines. In addition the splitting stroke of machines such as the SplitMaster or HydroCombi can be adjusted to customer demands. The SplitMaster 40/55t Crane offers a particularly sphisticated element: The machine, timber chargin and insertion of timber into the splitting trough are all controlled by "remote" control from the crane.
Hydro Combi 20/24T-V2 - Horizontal with tractor ot automotive chassis
This top-of-the-range, ergonomic horizontal splitter uses a hydraulic lifting device for effortless lifting of the trunk onto the working table. After the first splitting step, the timber remains on the working table and can easily be repositioned or removed. Safe thanks to its GS-testted two-hand safety control with deflector plate.

Easy to transport: the Hydro-Horizontal with automotive chassis
Lowering of cylinder as standard. With GS-tested two-hand safety control and patented wood-fixing system (patent no. 398928).
This way even thin firewood can be held easily. The machine is mobile with axle equipped with ball-type coupling, overunning and parking brake and comes equipped with standard lighting equipment. For transportation, the splitter is brought into horizontal transport position by means of a cable winch.

Effortlesss splitting of large amounts of firewood? Posch horizontal splitters are the experts you need and the right equipment for industrial firewood preparation. The splitter is prepared for mounting on forest trailers and cgarging by crane.

It can thus be mounted on any foresr trailer. Mounting plates and brackets, etc are included with the delivery.

SplitMaster 40t/55t Crane
The system for professionals! Flexibility thanks to tractor chassis. You sit high above the ground and control the crane that lifts the timber from a distance of 6 m into the splitting trough. In a matter of seconds, the SplitMaster 40/55 t splits logs with diameters of up to 80cm and up to 1.25m length - or even 2.5 m upon request - into handy billets. The Splitmaster 40/55 is equipped with Autospeed function ensuring short, powerful initial splitting. The entire log is split at extremely high speed.
