The
Schalprofi 500, the professional GS
tested debarker of Posch,
removes the bark and points
posts with a diameter of 4
- 20 cm ( or 7 - 24 cm) in
one working cycle. The swivelling
stop of the pointing equipment
facilitates pointing of the
posts before the bark is removed.
After putting the posts on
the feeding device, bark removing
operation starts automatically
with the4 feeding. Quality
of surface can be optimally
to the requirements because
of the infinitely variable
feeder. |

With
help of the chamfering-device the post can be chamfered. The removal
of the produced chips is secured by the installed throwing-blower.
Motor-protection switch, phase reverse switch, no-voltage release
and brake-switch as standard. Note: Universal-joint shaft must be ordered separately. Three-point linkage bar cat.I and II as standard. All electric motors with 100% starting interval. |

Wet Grinding Machine

An accessory you
shouldn't do without. For grinding
all chopping resp. peeling knives
of Posch products. For each knife, a separate knife holding fixture is required that can be mounted easily on the swivel table. The knives are sharpened in a counter grinding procedure with a cup wheel. The cooling-water is sprinkled directly in the area of the grinding wheel and collected afterwards in a drip pan from where it can be drained off. The connection for the cooling-water supply is on the outside with G3/8" (hose inside diameter 10mm)! . |
| By means of the wiping brushes mounted at the sides, the grinding dust is removed from the sharpened knife and sprinkling out of the cooling-water is prevented | |
