Rapid standard, the original version of the Rapid program, is a middle class forwarder which can be delivered in a lot of different designs. From a fixed basic concept the customer himself puts together his machine with 6 or 8 wheels with desired tyre profiles and width.

The transmission is hydrostatic and he determines the length of the standard wagon or if he wants to have an articulated wagon.
Two alternative loaders are available in the program and they can be equipped with different types of extensions and grapples.

The idea behind this system is that with a limited number of components we can offer several types of machines.
Thanks to this system the Rapid is so popular and the concept has got several imitators lately.

4cylinder, water cooled turbo engine JOHN DEERE 4045 TF 250 and hydralic pumps for working hydraulic and transmission built together to a compact unit.
