SMV Rapid EGS, the well tested single-grip harvester, is built-up on many years of experience with processors and harvesters.
The machine is suitable for thinning as well as final felling and it fulfills high demands on timber handling, performance and operators comfortThe basic machine is built on the same concept as Rottne SMV Rapid and therefore they have many components and some systems in common.
This component coordination gives a lot of advantages for service, spare part stocking and manufactoring and obviously also for the machine owner when it comes to spare part supply and service knowledge.
SMV Rapid EGS have several alternatives for loader length and head sices, giving the possibility to adapt the machine for different harvesting work. With the control and bucking system DSP 4000 it is possible to give the forest owner optimal wood value in all type of stands.
