Interested in a new career? Send over a CV

As an active and growing business we’re always on the lookout for CV’s from interested individuals looking to develop a career in forestry and engineering. These can be emailed over to careers@jaspwilson.co.uk along with a covering letter.

With a wide range of departments at our Dalbeattie headquarters, Jas P Wilson employ over 70 people working on everything from engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, design, admin and training.

We embrace many routes into employment and benefit from a highly varied team – some came to us directly from school, some from college or university and others via various training and back to employability schemes.

Our focus is on finding enthusiastic, talented people and embrace a fair and diverse approach to providing opportunities for employment.

Our Pledge

Paying the living wage

We are committed to paying our staff well for the value they add to our business and believe that paying our people a fair living wage only helps build long lasting, loyal working relationships.  This promise also extends to our apprentice staff, paying well over the minimum apprentice rates.

Appropriate employment contracts

We are committed to providing our people with stability, security and consistency in earnings.  As such, we do not use or endorse ‘Zero Hour’ contracts, instead providing guaranteed hours of employment, with the majority of staff having full-time permanent positions with optional overtime.

Current Vacancies

We are on the lookout for Mechanical Engineers, Welder Fabricators & CNC Machinists.

For full details on vacancies please email careers@jaspwilson.co.uk. We are also interesting in hearing from individuals looking for apprenticeship or work experience opportunities.
