Excavator Track Guide Kits: After over a decade converting standard excavators into HarvaDig’s: bespoke machines suitable for forestry harvesting, we have developed many processes and designed many items to ensure excellent performance.

One such development was in our heavy duty full-length track guides /track guards.

Equip your digger for productive work on challenging terrain – ideal for Construction, Forestry, Demolition & infrastructure projects. Models to suit CAT, Daewoo, Doosan, Hitachi, Hyundai, JCB, Kobelco, Komatsu, Volvo etc.

We manufacture the only full-length excavator track guide kits on the market, which provide a simple but highly effective kit-form system which allows owners to easily fit a robust protective guard to their tracks which:

• Cuts downtime by keeping tracks inline and avoid deteriorating tracks causing derailment.

• Cuts down on expensive repairs – Protecting your rollers and tracks from damage/debris.

• Extends the life of your tracks.

• Improved base machine suitability to increase overall productivity on the job.

Our UK-made Botex “TG” range covers all major brands, and sizes from 8-35T, plus we have the ability to make kits to suit other models, so please enquire and our team will discuss available options.

Cost-effective palletized delivery available, complete with easy bolt-together installation system and some minimal welding required when fitting, which could be carried out by your local qualified Blacksmith or Fabricator.
