Forestry mulcher with fixed tooth rotor (UML/HY) for excavators.

With its updated design, the UML/HY forestry excavator mulcher has increased its strength and durability.
The addition of the VT motor option has made the UML/HY VT one of the most productive units in its class.
The hydraulic motor is internally positioned in the frame to protect it from dirt and potential damage, ensuring maximum reliability throughout the life of the attachment.
The VT version with automatic variable displacement hydraulic motor increases productivity by up to 50% and simultaneously reduces fuel consumption.

This forestry excavator mulcher has a maximum shredding diameter of 15 cm and is suitable for 7 – 15 t excavators.

The standard equipment includes:

  • Enclosed/anti dust machine body
  • Dual row protection chains
  • Welded steel counter-blades
  • Motor enclosed in the frame
  • Bulkhead for hydraulic connections
  • 32/65cc variable manual displacement hydraulic piston motor (HY)
  • Transmission with belts (HY)
  • Hydraulic piston motor 80cc with relief and anticavitation valve (UML/HY/SONIC)
  • Poly-Chain® belts transmission (VT-SONIC)
  • Flow control system valve
  • Safety and anticavitation valve
  • Diverter valve (SONIC)
  • Sonic System (SONIC)
