The Igland 42s PTO forestry winch delivers a robust, stable and efficient winching ability in a compact unit. Suitable for tractors from 30 HP – 70 HP. This PTO forestry winch is equipped with an automatic safety brake which makes the winch more user friendly and smooth in the transition between start and stop.
Very simple operating principles, which require little maintenance. The winch has a fully welded construction, with a large integrated storage compartment. The 42s is equipped with steel rope rails and sub-brake cable steering that prevents the rope from being detached. The winch has a 3-point mount and with the possibility of quick coupling. There are a range of optional accessories to ensure this winch offers professional performance in a compact size.

Igland winches are produced in Grimstad, Norway and have become a world wide brand, known for their high quality and strength. During the 80’s and 90’s, practically every forestry contractor would own an Igland double drum winch, fitted to a County or other type of tractor skidder.
