This Excavator Tree Shear Grapple has a twin ram system, with a fixed Hardox blade capable of cutting 20cm (8″) diameter trees.
A compact, yet heavy duty Excavator tree shear suitable for 1.8-4.5T excavators.
Equipped with the excavator adapter, the JAK-200R is a compact and efficient tree shear designed for use in smaller excavators. As the adapter is connected to the back of the grapple, the JAK-200R can also be supplied with a bracket for use on loaders and telehandlers, for example.
Developed for heavy use, JAK-200R cuts timber neatly and precisely at the desired point. With this agile and strong tree shear, wood can be easily cleared up to tree trunks up to 20 cm (8″) thick, which creates a wide range of suitable applications.
With the JAK-200R’s wide 600 mm (23½”) opening, it is also easy to cut several small trees at once. The JAK-200R’s protected design features create an unmistakable grip on the desired wood material, allowing timber to be neatly sheared.
If necessary, the cutting blade can be removed, in which case the tree shear acts as a wood grapple.
