Features

35 cm Max Cut Diameter
12T+ t recommended base machine size
2-Cutting Blades
Cut & Hold System
Can work as handling grab

The JAK 350R Guillotine unit streamlines the operation of the tree shear and makes wood handling even more accurate, versatile and safe. The JAK-350R Guillotine Unit cuts wood neatly and effortlessly up to a width of 350 mm.

The location of the cutting blades far from the jaws allows the tree shear to be used simultaneously for cutting, loading and all wood handling. When using the JAK-350R Guillotine Unit, the jaws of the tree shear always close first and the cutting blades close only after that to cut the wood.

The high design of the JAK Tree Shear, combined with the two-stage cutting function, ensures that even a thick tree trunk stays in the firm grip on the jaws after cutting. Separately closing blades also make it easier to clean small and bendy twigs.

Fit this to a Forestry Guarded Harvadig Excavator

The HarvaDig Forestry Excavator system is an excavator based solution, converting standard excavators into forestry harvesting machines, whilst keeping their potential for other more typical plant tasks. JAK tree shears are one option, other implements include Harvesting heads (SP Heads or Keto Heads available), mulchers and stump grinders (FAE available), buckets, timber grapples (Botex available), cone splitters (Lasco available), post knockers, winches, brash rakes… the list is endless.
