The Mus Max Truck Driven Wood Chippers series combines our powerful chipper with performance power and efficiency of modern truck chassis for the professional Wood Chip production.

The unique rotor technology allows smooth wood chipping with low effort because of the substantial flywheel mass. Various chopping knives or blades can be used. Every chipper has a closed hydraulic unit. Massive transmission or planetary transmission are powered by powerful oil engines – for high performance and above average lifetime.

A modern CANBUS electronic and load-dependent feed conveyor control, delivering high operator comfort. The aggressive collection/infeed can be supplied either with exchangeable blades and spikes, providing continuous efficiency in feeding. High performance mechanical and hydraulic blowers support the creation of quality and consistent chips. Mus Max Truck Driven Wood Chippers are powered by a direct engine based auxiliary drive. Through a strong reversing gear, the direction of rotation changes and the chipper is powered by a V-belt transmission.

Mainly, Mus-Max use Mercedes Benz Arocs chassis. Depending on the chipper size, the chipper is mounted on a 3, 4 or 5 axis chassis.

These modern drum wood chippers have advanced rotor technology, and a substantial flywheel mass which together deliver very smooth operation, even on demanding workloads. Various chopping knives or blades can be used. Solid planetary gears and drives are driven by oil motors and a closed hydraulic unit. A CAN BUS electronic controls the aggressive feed. Mechanical and hydraulic throwing blowers result in clean chips.
