Posch AutoCut Automatic Firewood Saw

Supporting Information

Circular Saw Sawing System
23 cm Max Cut Diameter
200 cm Log Length

Similar to the SmartCut, in that this fully Automatic Firewood Saw requires the operator to simple feed the machine with billets. The sizing, cutting and conveying the cut logs is done by the Firewood Saw, using a number of preset details.
The AutoCut will produce precise billets according to specifications and makes sure that no offcuts are produced. The machine can also be set to produce long timber lengths for industrial biomass applications to a set size, with a minimum volume of offcuts if timber lengths have not be cut to measure.
Power options include PTO, Electric and Dual Power.

Available stationary with legs on a 3 point linkage frame or mobile with a trailed chassis option, please discuss your requirements when ordering as these are two distinct models.

Depending on your outfeed requirements, various conveyor options are available.
After the outfeed, various additional machines are available to allow further processing of cut billets, including firewood saws, cleaning screens and storage equipment including billet bundlers.
