In early 2019, we announced the development of a national network of Jas P Wilson Service Engineers to form the basis of our Advanced Service Commitment. This approach has radically improved the service we can provide you. Our trained technicians operate in their own geographical area in a Jas P Wilson service van containing a good stock of commonly required parts. These staff live and work in their service region to ensure rapid and cost-effective support for the end user.
