Site Visit

Many young people have never set foot in a real working environment before, to address this, the company arrange several site visits where groups of young people are invited onto the site to experience what it is like to work in a busy manufacturing environment.

There are also opportunities to learn more about how a business operates.

Included on the site tour is an interactive opportunity where there is chance get some real hands on experience with a welding or crane simulator, and to try out a manufacturing exercise.
