Our Parts Manager Jamie Ferrie said “we have invested heavily in recent years in what we call our ‘Advanced Service Network’ to fully support our customers’ requirements for fast and comprehensive After Sales support – be that through our network of Jas P Wilson employed Regional Service Engineer’s in well-stocked service vans, to our ever-expanding Spare Parts Stock Holding, ensuring downtime of machinery is kept to an absolute minimum.
Part of this plan is to ensure we have access to high quality parts to support this process, which is where this exciting partnership with SPAL UK Ltd comes in – their high-quality fans and blowers support a wide variety of the machines we service and supply, as well as many other machines within the market.
